Terms & Conditions
1). Rates & Taxes
a). All rates above are inclusive of the relevant taxes.
b). Amounts are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

2). Booking
a). Package is only confirmed upon full payment.
b). Package sold is not refundable.

3). Holiday Change and /or Cancellation
a). Dive Asia Now Pte Ltd reserves the right to change or cancel your booking/reservation in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.
b). Should change or cancellation prove necessary we will give reasonable notice thereof, in circumstances, and where available, offer you a comparable or better alternatives. If an alternative is not available or acceptable, you will be entitled to either a full refund of payment to us or transfer to another dive destination without payment of any transfer fee.
c). If the change or cancellation is due to force majeure (i.e. circumstances like political unrest, war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic or health risk, Acts of God, adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond Dive Asia Now Pte Ltd control) we will give a full refund of any payment to you less reasonable expenses incurred by us in respect of your booking.
d). Dive Asia Now Pte Ltd is not responsible for the cost of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations or rescheduling of any tour departure.

4). Refund
a). No refund or reduction of the package fare will be made to a client who does not partake in any meal, sightseeing or does not utilize the accommodation provided, during the course of the tour.

5). Cancellation Policy
a). The following charge will apply for any cancellation or amendments made irrespective of any reason:

- Less than four weeks before the trip: Full Payment will be non-refundable
- Four weeks or more before the trip: 50% deposit will be forfeited

This promotion package is NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Altering trips dates is based on availability.
Altering of trip dates will also be subjected to a 100SGD administration fee per alteration.
Alteration of trip dates is NOT allowed within 4 weeks before the trip date booked.
